2. Property & Area Preparation
Prepare the surrounding areas to help protect your property. Landscaping, siding, windows, driveways, and other nearby surfaces are covered or protected as needed. Materials and equipment are also safely positioned before installation begins.
3. Roof Removal & Surface Preparation
When required, the existing roofing materials are removed to expose the roof decking. We inspect the decking for damaged, rotted, or weakened areas and make necessary repairs before installing underlayment, flashing, and other protective roofing components.
4. Roofing Installation
